You can group all records based on any column. Start a grouping by right clicking any of the columns. You can either click the Group By This Column or bring up the Group Header by clicking Group By Box.
Selecting the Group By Box will display a header that you can drag unlimited amount of columns into. Once the column is dragged, all records will be rearranged by that grouping.
All records will be grouped by the column inserted into the Group By Box. By clicking the plus sign at the left, you will see all records within that group.
